topped with pistachios, blue cheese and béarnaise sauce

Prime Rib Cabernet Au Jus

New York Strip pan seared in a green peppercorn brandy sauce

Chicken Picatta served with a lemon butter sauce topped with Capers

Chicken Marsala served in a mushroom marsala sauce

Black Canyon Chicken- pine nut crusted chicken breast served over a mushroom ragout and topped with mozzarella

Chicken Saltimbocca- an egg battered chicken breast topped with fresh baby spinach, prosciutto ham, melted mozzarella in a lemon wine sauce

Broiled King Salmon topped with a papaya and leek chutney served on a bed of sautéed greens
